QuiltBug Class Policies 2020

•  To reserve your spot in any class, you will need to sign up in advance and pay at the time you sign up.
•   All classes will have space limitations because of classroom size and to make sure you get the best            education possible.
•   Registration can be done in person, at our website or over thephone.
•   To prevent class cancellations and to ensure you get a spot in the class you want, students are                 encouraged to register early, as most classes will have a minimum sign-up cancellation policy.
• Students should check with the shop before purchasing any fabric, kits and/or major supplies for a class, in the event of a cancellation.
• Classes cancelled by QuiltBug will be fully refunded to eachstudent, either by how they paid by store credit, or towards anotherclass.
•  If you are unable to make a class or event, please contact QuiltBug at lease 48 hours prior to the start date of the class or event to receive a refund.
•  There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date of a class.   Your class fee can be applied towards another class or returned in the form of store credit.
•  There are no refunds on class fees for "Special Events" or outside teachers/classes within 30 days of the event date unless we can fill your spot with another person. NO EXCEPTIONS!
•   Refunds cannot be provided for "NoShows".
•   If you have a major emergency and need to cancel your attendance at a class, up to the time of the class we will work with you to either make up the class or provide you with a store credit.
•   Please arrive 15 minutes early to all classes to establish your seat or setup.
•   PLEASE DO NOT WEAR PERFUME to class due to the allergies ofothers.
